I treated myself to breakfast at I-Hop, and though the restaurant was pretty crowded, the roads were surprisingly empty. Breakfast was good, except the orange juice, which was not freshly squeezed and which seemed to have more sugar than juice in it. It was sickly-sweet!
After breakfast I headed over to the grocery store to get the shopping for the week out of the way. The grocery store was pretty empty too and I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes.
It’s going to be mild here for the next several days, actually reaching 60 degrees today and tomorrow. But it is also supposed to start raining this evening and that is supposed to continue through the day tomorrow.
I was reading more of Chindi at breakfast and it’s really very good. I’m going to spend the rest of the morning reading, I think, and then do some more work on the book collection database this afternoon.
