My first full workout since Saturday! I had my workout with Bernard this afternoon and to mix it up a bit, I decided to do an arms and shoulders workout (I’ll do lower body this Saturday and then switch back to normal routine).

I’ll be in Orlando next Thursday so my next session with Bernard won’t be until two weeks from today. It is also my last session with Bernard for a while. All told, I think I’ve done a total of 30 sessions with Bernard and I have learned a lot. It’s time for me to go on my own for a while. I’ll probably sign up for some refresher sessions at the end of the summer, but two weeks will be my last session with Bernard for a while.
