Noon workout

I didn’t get to the gym this morning, but I went at lunch today and got in a half hour cardio workout that was pretty intense. I was up above 80 RPM more most of the workout and got one good sprint in. Heart rate was up high but that should start to come back down once I get back into a regular routine.

I would have gone 40 minutes but I ended up with a side cramp and didn’t want to overdue it.
