Author Index to the Vacation in the Golden Age

What follows is an author index to my Vacation in the Golden Age. Authors are listed alphabetically by last name. Pseudonymous works are included under the author’s own name, with a reference to the pseudonym (e.g., “as by Kurt von Rachen”). Collaborations are listed under both author’s names with a reference to each author. Articles are identified as such and color coded blue. A “PZ” following the title indicates the story was a Probability Zero piece. My favorite story for a specified issue is highlighted in bold-face font. Thus the bold-face titles make up a kind of “best of the Golden Age” in my opinion.
