Updated meal log

True to my word, I will continue to post my meal log. Keep in mind that during some of this time, I had a cold and wasn’t always eating. You can find the latest below.


July 18

  • 4:40 AM: Cereal and milk, banana
  • 8:30 AM: Bagel and cream cheese, fruit cup
  • 2:30 PM: Caeser salad
  • 3:30 PM: Brownie
  • 8:30 PM: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich

July 19

  • 9:30 AM: Bagel and cream cheese, fruit cup
  • 12:30 PM: Footlong Subway sandwich

July 20

July 21

  • 7:45 AM: Bagel and cream cheese, fruit cup
  • 6:30 PM: Carrots
  • 9:00 PM: White Castle burgers and tater tots

July 22

  • 9:00 AM: Cinnamon rolls
  • 10:00 AM: Peach
  • 2:00 PM: Tomato, fig, and mozzeralla salad
  • 8:00 PM: Caesar salad
  • 9:30 PM: Chocolate shake

July 23

  • 10:00 AM: Eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, pancakes
  • 12:00 PM: Carrots
  • 3:00 PM: Hot dog
  • 7:00 PM: Grilled cheese, fries, chocolate shake, banana split

July 24

  • Tuna salad sandwich
  • Turkey & cheese sandwich, banana, carrots

July 25

  • 10:30 AM: Banana
  • 1:30 PM: Chicken, cole slaw

July 26

  • 4:30 AM: Cereal and milk
  • 7:30 AM: Fruit cup, apple juice
  • 1:00 PM: Turkey & cheese sandwich, banana, carrots
  • 9:40 PM: Chicken tenders

Bernard looked at this and said he could tell I was improving. I still have some work to do. Incidentally, each day on the list now includes 1-2 liters of water per day, even though I don’t list it explicitly.

And the multi-vitamin will start up as soon as I have a chance to get to the store and get some.
