Workout #27 (cardio)

I haven’t been keeping up with my cardio workouts and I decided to correct that this afternoon. After work I headed to the gym and realized that I had fogotten my lock for the locker. So I headed back the office, changed into my gym clothes, left my stuff in my office, and headed back to the gym.

I did 33 minutes on the elliptical. I would have done 40 minutes, but my right knees was bothering me today and I didn’t want to overdo it. On the other hand, I did set an RPM record today: I hit 107 RPM during “Whiplash”.

I’ve got a workout with Bernard tomorrow morning at 6 AM.
