Busy as I have been all week, I have neglected to mention how beautiful the weather has been in Santa Monica. Crystal clear skies. Temperatures in the low-to-mid 70s all week long. When Kelly and I woke up this morning, and finally decided to get out of bed around 8 AM, it looked overcast, but that was because we had the thick curtains in our room pulled tightly shut. When we opened them, it was bright and sunny out.
Turns out it’s going to be just about 90 degrees today.
In Santa Monica!
That’s almost unheard of. We are getting together with some of Kelly’s friends around 10 AM. Mom and Dad should be out here around 2 PM and we are spending the rest of the day with them. We have dinner reservations at Ocean Avenue Seafood for 6 PM.
Okay, well, Kelly’s back from the gym. I need to get ready.
