Monday arms/shoulders workout

I got in a full arms and shoulders workout at lunch today and it felt great. I upped the ante a bit once again. I did a total of 16,890 lbs., which is 10% better than last time. (There are diminishing returns to this and I don't expect to maintain such increases from week to week.) For the first time, I did a full set of shoulder presses at 60 lbs. I'm doing three full sets of bicep curls at 25 lbs. in each arm.

We have a softball game scheduled for tonight (if the weather cooperates).
