If Sarah Palin is prepared to take over as President, should the need arise, am I the only one who wonders why she needs debate preparation for something she should already be prepared for?

(The same could be said of anyone "preparing" for a debate, I suppose.  But the emphasis has been on Palin, no doubt due to her poor showing lately in various interviews.)
