I have a FitBit HR and it’s set to track my sleep pattern on sensitive because I DO NOT sleep well!
My restless time is ALWAYS 11 minutes but x 5 or more times. I’m getting between 2.5 and 3.5 hours of sleep but according to the app I’m very restless.
I fall asleep on my side and I have a pillow under my knees for balance ( bad back) and once in awhile the pillow will be on the floor but I always wake up the same way I fall asleep! I can’t tell that I was restless at all and if I’m lucky, I’ll get a night where I sleep up to 6 hours.
I’m in a stage of insomnia for some reason and if I sleep more I feel wiped as opposed to sleeping those 2 to 3 hours ( cat nap!) I feel more awake and I am AWAKE all day!
I LOVE to sleep too! 😩 this has happened before and lasted about 1.5 years and then it just stopped and staying asleep wasn’t so hard. I take 5mg of Melatonin but it doesn’t keep me asleep. It helps me get to sleep.
Thanks again for your blog!
