I broke my previous 1-day record for walking yesterday. I managed to walk just shy of 27,000 steps, which translates to a little over 12 miles for the entire day.
The 30,000 step-badge still alludes me. It is hard to walk 30,000 steps in one day, I guess.
It brings my lifetime total steps to over 4.1 million, “lifetime” meaning since March 2012, with a 3-month gap early this year after I lost my original FitBit device:
That seems like a lot of walking to me.
