On the way up from the subway this morning, I noted a poster-ad for an upcoming “Federal Conflict Resolution” conference, which takes place, I believe, in Arizona later this summer. This is a 5-day conference. Are things in the Federal government so bad that an annual 5-day conflict resolution conference is necessary? What goes on there, I wonder?
