No workout this morning

The plan was to go to bed early last night, and get up at 4:30 AM to be into the gym by 6 AM. The problem was that at 9:30 last night, I called Dan and we ended up talking on the phone until 11 PM. And I didn’t actually end up going to sleep until close to midnight, and at that point, 4 hours of sleep didn’t seem all that appealing (either did 6 hours, but I didn’t have much of a choice).
