Bernard called me before noon and asked if we could push the session back from 4 PM to 5 PM and that was fine with me. I figured I’d still have plenty of time to vote (and I did). Today was lower body/core day. The gym wasn’t as crowded as it usually is on a Tuesday afternoon but I think that is in part because it was raining out.
Exercise group 1
- Jump squats. 3 sets. 12/12/12
- Dumb bell curls (standing on one of those half exercise ball things). 3 sets @ 9 kg in each arm. 12/10/10
- Jumping jacks. 3 sets. 30/40/40
Exercise group 2
- Seated leg curl. 3 sets @ 34 kg. 12/15/15
- Tricep dips. 3 sets. 12/12/12
- Crunches. 3 sets. 25/30/30
Exercise group 3
- Seated inclined calf lift. 3 sets @ 45 kg. 12/15/15
- Super Crunch 1000. 3 sets @ 11 kg. 25/25/25
- Bicep curls. 3 sets @ 20 kg. 12/12/10
