Workout #25 (Cardio)

The gym was crowded this morning, and in fact, there was only one elliptical machine available when I got there. I expect it will be like this through January, and then it will return to normal.

40 minutes on the elliptical this morning, and I didn’t feel like I had my usual energy. In fact, halfway through, I wanted to give up, but I kept going and completed my full cardio workout. Strangely, I got hungry during my workout. Maybe I’m not eating enough for breakfast. I burned 537 calories, went a distance of 2.87 miles and reached a peak RPM of 114. After cardio, I did a group of lower body exercises in preparation for my lower-body workout tomorrow.

I didn’t do that last set of leg extensions because someone else started using the machine (someone new, who clearly didn’t know it was being used!) and because it was already past 7 AM and I needed to hit the showers.
