I just got back from the Outback Steakhouse. I headed over there earlier, got a table, ordered a side salad and a plate full of cheese fries and a tall beer, and then spend about an hour slowly consuming the fries and beer while I watched episodes of The Office on my iPod.

And I feel fine.
