Don’t get me wrong, I love four seasons and wouldn’t live without them if I could help it. But we’ve been through an extended cold snap here in the D.C. area with temperatures over the last couple of weeks rarely rising above the freezing mark.

This morning, however, when I left for the gym at 4:50, it was already about 40 degrees out and the temperature is supposed to get to about 50 today! By the end of the week, there is talk of temperatures close to 60 degrees! It will be a pleasant respite from the cold weather.
