Up at 4:30 after having gotten a pretty decent night’s sleep over all. Lights out just after 9 PM and with the exception of a few rambling dreams, I more or less slept through the night which is rare for me. I was into the gym by 5:50 AM.

The workout felt pretty good this morning. I’ve got to get back on track with the meal program. I could be eating more fruit and veggies and I haven’t been packing my lunch lately, so I either have not been eating lunch or having junk for lunch. And last night, out of laziness, I caved and ordered a pizza! Cardio workout tomorrow morning.
Already my week is off. Today seems like Monday, but it is already Tuesday!
