It’s review time here at work and drafts of our self-appraisals are due tomorrow. In past years, I have always turned in my self appraisal on the day we received the notice for them. But I have been so busy lately, that I haven’t had time to work on mine. Today was the first day in a while where I had a relatively quiet morning. So I just spend the last hour working on my draft self-appraisal and I managed to complete it. I sent it to my boss so that we can discuss it at our tag-up meeting in 15 minutes.

Now whether what I wrote about my performance is any good is another subject. But at least I got it in before the deadline.
