Lunchtime workout

I had to interview someone at work today and as soon as that was over, I headed over to the gym for my lunchtime workout. Today was arms and shoulders and I managed to get three full groups of workouts in. I lifted a total of 12,960 lbs. which is more than double the 5,400 lbs. I did last Friday. Bicep curls were a little tough in the last set, as were seated shoulder presses, but I pressed through them. I feel pretty good.
