I was up at 4:20 AM but for the first time in a long, long time, I slept for an extra 20 minutes before I finally got out of bed. I skipped breakfast, but still got into the gym by 6 AM and managed to get through a full cardio workout (although I felt like quitting at the halfway mark). It felt good though, and it probably helped set me up for having a productive work day.
Most of my day was spent on database developing and .NET coding and I was in the zone today. There were a few interruptions here and there, but I felt good about what I managed to get done.
Happy hour tonight at Chevy’s for Carmen’s birthday. Looks as though a whole bunch of people will be there. Don’t know how much of the Yankees game I’ll get to see.
Talked with Doug on the phone last night. Trevor is in town tomorrow and it will be good to see him and thepopeswife.
