Friday cardio workout

I didn’t get to the gym this morning; instead I did some extra work. But I didn’t skip either. I headed to the gym at 4 PM and did 30 minutes of cardio. I pushed a little harder. My heart rate is still way up, but once I settle in it should come back down again. In any event, it felt good, no knee pain or anything.
