Tuesday cardio workout

Good workout today. I did 40 minutes on the elliptical, and burned 591 calories going 3.16 miles. For some reason, 600 calories in 40 minutes is a kind of pinnacle to me, but I’ve still got a way to go. Today, I kept the pace up at 82 RPM for most of the workout and my heart rate staying in the high 150s. However, I had a really good sprint at the end that took me to 107 RPM and when I was all finished, dripped with sweat, I felt great!

Still a little residual soreness in my quads from Friday’s strength workout. However, only a tiny bit of soreness in my shoulders from yesterday’s arms and shoulders workout.
