Another fun day today. The weather today was even better than yesterday. It was just as nice and not nearly as windy. We started the morning with a walk to Shirlington, where we both got our hair cut.
Later in the day, Jen came over and then we all headed up to the National Zoo. It was a very busy day at the zoo, lots of people, many of them tourists from the cherry blossom festival. But it was still fun. We spent about 2-1/2 or three hours wandering around the zoo. We saw monkeys and zebras and elephants and rhinos and lions and tigers. I had a tasty hot dog and later I had some dippin’ dots.
We headed home late in the afternoon.
