Happy Fourth of July! We have a fun, busy day planned. There is a children’s parade here in town this morning. There are events throughout the day, and of course, there are fireworks this evening.

The day started early for me today. I woke up before 4am and the sky way already brightening up here. I went back to sleep, but still got up early to walk. I took the picture above just outside the house when I started out for my walk this morning. It looks like today will be the nicest weather we’ve had so far.
