It looks like I’ve got 6-8 inches of snow. I haven’t been outside yet so I really can’t tell, but it’s certainly the largest snowfall we’ve gotten here all year. It’s a good thing I don’t have to go anywhere today. I will have to head out and shovel a bit but I am going to put that off for a while. In the meantime, it’s probably time I got up and got dressed. (I had trouble sleeping last night and at 3 AM, finally gave in and took a couple of Tylenol PM’s. That did the trick, but I slept in somewhat later than usual.)
Outside my front door. You can tell the snow is still pretty fresh because it is still sitting on top of tree branches and wires.
You can also tell it was heavy snow. It bent over most of the tall bamboo in the backyard. I’ve never quite seen it like this before, so this must be some of the heaviest (weight-wise) snow that we’ve gotten.
