I’m adjusting my wake-up time on “school” nights beginning tomorrow morning. Instead of 6 AM, I’m getting up 20 minutes earlier. This is so that I can have breakfast at home, rather than take it into work with me. I can’t stand plain oatmeal, and if forced to eat it, knowing that it would save my life, I’m not sure I could do it. So when I was at the grocery store today, I picked up a box of Honey Nut Cheerios, which is surprisingly low in sodium. I bowl of that instead of oatmeal is like ambrosia after rotten limberger cheese.
