Gym at lunch

I got to the gym at lunch and did a solid lower body workout and now my legs feel completely drained of energy. Mind you, I don’t feel at all like I did on Monday. It’s just that my lower body workout was pretty intense. I imagine I’ll be sore on Friday, if not sooner. But it was a good workout and I felt good about getting to the gym 3 days in a row so far this week.
