I did another 1,400 words of Graveyard Shift when I got home from work this evening. That brings my total for the day to 3,900 words, which is very, very good for me. I was 5,000 words behind pace at the start of the day and I finished the day 1,500 words behind pace. I also passed the 10,000 word milestone. The novel now stands at 10,149 words. and I am more than 20% of the way to making the goal of 50,000 words in the month of November.

I can only hope to have as good a day tomorrow as I did today.
