Tuesday strength workout

Up at 4:20 AM, a full breakfast and then into the gym for a chest and back strength training workout. I did a total of 20,140 lbs. as compared to last week when I did 17,040, a fairly substantial increase. It felt pretty good, but I didn’t feel quite as energetic as last time (perhaps because I didn’t get as much sleep last night).
