Monday arms/shoulders workout

I got in a full arms and shoulders workout today at lunch and it felt really good. I am almost back to where I left off at my peak. I did a total of 12,720 lbs, 9 exercises broken into three exercise groups, with three sets of each. My arms and shoulders are a little sore this morning, but not as bad as the first workout a few weeks ago, which is also a sign that my body is getting back into shape.

I like going to lunch time. The gym isn’t crowded, and I don’t have to get up at 4:20 AM every morning. In fact, this week, I’ve been sleeping in to a late 6:30 AM, and believe me, it seems late to me, even though for most people, it’s still pretty early.
