Just finished up at the gym and I'm waiting for Kelly so we can head home. I did 30 minutes of cardio, didn't push too hard, and burned 407 calories. Some knee pain about 22 minutes in but nothing too bad.

4 small meals so far today and I'm making chicken for dinner for meal #5.
