Blurring

I’m getting so busy that things are beginning to blur together.  I’m even getting behind on blog entries, which for me is never a good sign.  Unfortunately, I don’t see things slowing down anytime soon which means I just have to take a deep breath and try to make better use of the time that I have.

I took the pain medicine the doctor gave me today and for the first time in 3 weeks, my hand and arm didn’t bother me at all.

Moderately productive day at work today.  I had hoped to be more productive but things keep coming up.  I’ve barely had time to read much lately, and I’m only about halfway through I. Asimov.  Still, it’s a pleasure to be able to turn to it when I can.

Stopped at the store after work to get some “happy” chicken for dinner.  I also picked up some flowers for Kelly.  We met after work, headed home, and I made chicken marsala for dinner–enough so that there are leftovers for later in the week.

We watched last night’s episode of House–which a stupid AP news article spoiled for me earlier in the day.  But it was still a good episode.  We also watched the season finale of ER.

Spoke briefly with Mom, Dad, Jen and Jason today.  It’s Tuesday so as usual, there was just junk in the mail.

My travel reimbursement was direct deposited today–in the credit union account instead of the newer account.  I figured that when I updated the direct deposit for my paycheck 9 months ago or so, it covered everything, but I guess not.  Taxes have been e-filed and all that’s left to do is send the check to the Federal government–something I will take care of later this week.

Heard from lots of friends on the story.  Saw one bad review, but what can you do.  I like the story and hopefully others do too.

Tomorrow we have a baby doctor appointment in the morning and I have a followup appointment with the neurologist in the afternoon.
