Just poking my head in here quickly to say that we are back home from our long Thanksgiving weekend up in New York. We had a great time and the kids especially had a really fun time hanging out with their cousins.
A big thank you goes out to my sister and brother-in-law for hosting Thanksgiving this year, and also for babysitting the kids last night while Kelly and I attended her high school reunion.
We left New York at noon, hoping to avoid traffic on Saturday, but that wasn’t to be. We got home 10 minutes ago, and we only stopped for about 45 minutes so what is normally a 4 hour drive was closer to 6-1/2 with traffic. I feel bad for people coming back tomorrow.
Looking forward to sleeping in my own bed tonight. Back here with more tomorrow.
