Good stopping point

05 Nov 2006 » 1 min read » Filed under: Work & Career

I made good progress this afternoon, getting everything done that I’d hoped to get done. I completed the two remained functions that I didn’t get done yesterday, and then I spent the remainder of the time re-factoring code to move all database calls out of one module and into a separate class. Things are now looking good and this is a good stopping point. If all goes well tomorrow, then I’ll have completed all my tasks for this coming week before the end of the day on Tuesday. It’s a short week this week with the Veterans Day holiday and so staying ahead of the game is particularly helpful.

I’m heading back home, with a quick stop at the grocery store on the way.
