Workout #12

Another day of just cardio, but each day a little progress, a little more that I notice. Today I did 40 minutes on the elliptical again. I don’t know exactly how they measure distance, but yesterday, I did 2.40 miles in 40 minuts. Today, in that same 40 minutes, I did 2.65 miles–a quarter of a mile more than yesterday. I did the first two miles in 15 minutes each, which felt like a pretty good pace (about 70 RPMs). The whole thing felt really good.

I have a session with Bernard tomorrow afternoon, right before my softball game.
