Workout #50 (lower body)

This afternoon’s workout was supposed to be with Bernard but he never showed up. I waited for him until about 4:15 and then I got started on my own because I didn’t want to be here too late today.

It was an abbreviated workout because of the 15 minutes I killed waiting for Bernard. Shortly after I got back to the office, I got a call from Bernard apologizing for forgetting about our session today. He forgot to write it down in his book. No big deal. I got in my workout. Next workout is cardio bright and early tomorrow morning.
