This is my 20th workout in 25 days, which all things considered, is not too bad. I’ve missed 2 workouts (I should be at 22/25) but that couldn’t be avoided. Today I worked out with Bernard and I was stupid enough to mention that after my full chest and back workout on Tuesday, I haven’t been sore at all, which I took as a good sign. Bernard took it as a sign to push me hard today.

That’s not a typo! I did 2 full sets of leg presses at 230 lbs! I wasn’t kidding when I said Bernard was pushing me today. It was tough but I did it! One week ago I was doing 160 lbs. But that wasn’t the toughest thing I did today. The toughest were the Hammer Strength base lunges! Still, it felt like a really good workout. My next workout with Bernard is one week from today.
Tomorrow morning is cardio, bright an early at 6 AM. Since that’s only 12 hours from now, I’d better get on my way home…
