Workout #65 (Lower body w/Bernard)

I had my regular Thursday afternoon workout with Bernard today. I was a few minutes late because I was stuck in a meeting. I debated whether I should attempt a lower body workout today because I only had time for a turkey sandwich an hour before my workout and lower body workouts, for me, require the most energy. But I stuck with it.

Damn, those ground base squats are tough. And so are one-leg dead lifts, which I did for the first time today. But it was a good workout and I’m glad I stuck with lower body instead of wimping out.

And guess what? They moved four of the elliptical machines back to the front part of the cardio room! So I guess that took my advice after all. (Probably a lot of people complained about the change.)

Cardio tomorrow morning, bright and early. Next workout with Bernard is one week from today.
