Workout #82 (Cardio)

Back in the saddle today after skipping Friday’s workout (too sore from my Thursday workout), and Saturday workout (too lazy). I did a full cardio workout and it felt great! I used my original cardio playlist for the first time in a long time. I think that helped.

Since I did this at lunch, I really didn’t have time for any weights, but I plan on getting a full chest and back workout in tomorrow. Incidentally, it is gorgeous out! It’s the perfect day to mow the lawn, which is probably what I will do when I get home.
