Up at 4:30–still not sleeping very well these last few day, but I’m hoping that trend will come to an end soon–and into the gym by 5:50. Once again managed to take the Yellow line all the way into work, which was nice.
40 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I burned 539 calories, went a distance of 2.88 miles and reached a peak RPM of 115. After cardio, I did a group of chest exercises, even though I’m doing lower body tomorrow, just to mix it up a bit.

When I walked out of the gym this morning, I did not get that rush of cold air the way I have been lately. It’s sixty degrees out at 7 AM here in the Washington, D.C. area! And it’s going to be almost 70 tomorrow! I’m working through the weekend in order to finish up a project for next week, and so I’ll be doing my lower body workout here in Arlington instead of in Greenbelt, which is good because I like this gym much better.
