I worked out with Jen and Jason this morning at their gym in New York. I skipped my workout on Saturday, but I was back to my routine this morning. I didn’t have a chance to eat beforehand, but I still did okay.
40 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I burned 550 calories, went a distance of 4.49 miles and reached a peak RPM of 110. I don’t believe the machine was calibrated correctly as far as miles go, as I have never come close to that many miles in 40 minutes, and my pace was 77 RPM. After cardio, I did a few groups of chest exercises in prep for my workout tomorrow.

Tomorrow is chest & back. And Thursday afternoon I work out with Bernard. Now, I’m going to shower and then Jason and I are heading out for a big breakfast.
