Workout #52 (cardio)

Up at 4:30 AM. I ate only part of my breakfast this morning. It wasn’t that I wasn’t hungry, but that those Skittles I ate last night burned out all of the taste buds on my tongue and I couldn’t taste anything. Or what I could taste, tasted terrible! I was into the gym at about 5:50 AM.

40 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I tried pushing myself on cardio this morning (to make up for the candy binge last night?) and managed a record 577 calories, and a distance of 3.08 miles. I reached a peak RPM of 97. My pace was a record 83 RPM. After cardio, I did a group of chest exercises exercises in prep for my workout tomorrow.

Full chest and shoulder workout tomorrow morning (I squeezed in a little arm work this morning since I missed my workout on Saturday). Overall, it felt good this morning. Just what I needed before a busy day.
