Workout #36 (Cardio)

Up at 4:30 and into the gym by 5:55 AM. (Yes, I actually made it.) I was feeling pretty low-energy this morning, even after eating breakfast. I think it had something to do with a really strange dream I had last night. But I muddled my way through the workout.

40 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I burned 546 calories, went a distance of 2.92 miles and reached a peak RPM of 121. My pace was between 79 RPM. After cardio, I did a few groups of arm and shoulder exercises in prep for my workout tomorrow.

I plan on being back on track tomorrow. I managed to miss all three of my strength training days this week which is not something I want to make a habit of. Tomorrow is a full session of arms and shoulders. And I now have an appointment with Bernard for Thursday at 4 PM.
