I headed to the gym at about 3:15 for my arm & shoulder workout and I think I had a pretty good workout overall. The gym in Greenbelt wasn’t all that crowded, which was nice, and I managed to get in everything I wanted to do in a little over an hour (although my arms are pretty fatigued at the moment).

The important thing was that I got into the gym today and broke the 3-day streak of not going. Tomorrow is my free-day and then it’s back to cardio on Monday.
