Workout #71 (Arms & shoulders)

I headed to the NYSC with Jason this morning at about 8:30, determined to get in a workout and determined to work out some of this cold. I did my usual 5 minute workout and then headed to the free weight room to do my workout.

I felt good after my workout. I’m glad I got it in. I was particularly pleased that on my third set of shoulder presses, I did a total of 60 lbs. That’s the most that I’ve ever done. Also on the last set of leg lifts, I substituted some knee-ins for leg lifts.

Tomorrow is my free day, which is probably a good thing. Next workout is cardio on Monday morning.
