I headed over to the gym in Greenbelt just before 3:30 PM and it wasn’t all that crowded, which was nice. (It was also warm out, relative to the last couple of days. Yesterday morning it was in the single digits; this afternoon, in the 50s.) Today was arm and shoulder day.

The workout felt pretty good, but the lateral raises are still tough. When I was doing reverse flys, one of the Ballys trainers pointed out my good form to the person with whom he was working. So I’m doing something right. Tomorrow is my free day and then back to cardio on Monday.
