Up at 4:30 AM to my alarm. That’s because I didn’t get to bed until after 11 last night. I was being stupid and decided to stay up and watch the premier of The Black Donnelys. When I got in the office this morning, I nearly decided to skip the gym. That’s when all of those little signs I placed around my house saved the day. I pictured the sign I put up on the wall in my bedroom which reads, “Don’t make excuses”. You can’t picture that sign and then try to come up with an excuse not to go to the gym. So I went, and I’m glad I did because I feel much better.

Once again, I managed to do three full sets flat chest presses at 115 lbs. I might be ready to up the weight on one of those sets soon. I also felt pretty good about the incline chest press, which is the hardest of all of them for me.
Cardio tomorrow morning. But I’m feeling good today, like I can get a lot done.
